            Here is a photograph  of a badge/medal  I think from the late 30s
    or late 40s it as a Castle type building on a Blue shield, and underneath
    is printed "SEMPER"  &  "VICTRAX" on white background and round
    the edge is the name...
                           "Wigan  Amateur  Bicycle Club"

    Could anyone at your club, (if possible) find out what it was made for
    -  Maybe a cycling contest?

    I would be very greatful for any help in finding out.

    a leisurely touring pace.
